Jorge Arqué

His professional life has been fully dedicated to the world of communication and music in all its facets.

In the university field, he obtained the title of Master in Business Administration (MBA) at ESADE (Barcelona).

He founded Videomedia in 1982, the first independent audiovisual production company in Spain. Throughout these years, Videomedia managed to obtain an important international prestige producing thousands of hours of television in all type of formats.

He was a founding partner and first President of ANEPA (National Association of Audiovisual Production Companies). He also chaired the association CEPI (European Coordination for Independent Producers) from 1993 to 1999. CEPI groups more than 4,000 producers from 13 EU countries.

In the field of music, he has been very active in the discographic productions, obtaining relevant results in the national and international success lists.
In the Musical Theater, he has produced “Fame, the Musical” and “The Wedding Singer”, both in Madrid.

He is currently organizing Smooth Hot Jazz concerts and festivals in Madrid, hitherto unpublished genre in Spain.

Daniel Acuña

Executive Producer and Program Director. For 30 years he has worked in all major networks such as TVE, Telecinco, Antena3, Telemadrid, Castilla-La Mancha and Aragón TV, among others.

He has worked in Talents, Factuals, Quiz shows, Reality, Galas, and Direct programs. He has also developed his work in large producers such as Videomedia, Martin Gala or Mediapro and since April 2019 he is Executive Producer at ProQuoTV.

Among the outstanding programs of his career are: “Sorpresa, Sorpresa”, “Lo que necesitas es amor”, “El Precio Justo”, “Sabor a ti”, “Las mañanas de Alicia” or “Popstars”

Rocío Esperilla

Rocío Esperilla Morales (Badajoz, 1991). Head of Fiction. After studying Journalism and Audiovisual Communication at the Rey Juan Carlos University, she focuses almost all of her work at Atresmedia Cine, where in 2015 she assumed the role of delegate producer that she carried out for almost five years. There she produced titles such as “Los Japan”, “Taxi a Gibraltar”, “El major Verano de mi vida” or “Señor, dame paciencia”.

She is currently Head of Fiction at ProQuo TV. She also writes articles and micro theater.

Irene Rizo

Irene Rizo Pascual (Madrid, 1984). Degree in Journalism at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), Master in Radio Communication (CEU-Cadena COPE), Master in Management of Social Networks Community Manager (Deusto-Rey Juan Carlos University). She has been News Director of Cope Tenerife, Cope Guadalajara, CMTV Territorial Delegate in Albacete, and Deputy Director of News of Castilla-La Mancha Television. As well as Editor in audiovisual production companies for clients such as Iberdrola, Banco Santander or Vestas.

Since 2018 she has been the project and communication coordinator at ProQuo TV.

Francisco Díaz Ujados

Degree in Information Sciences at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Start his professional career in the Spanish Public Television network (RTVE), performing different functions in the areas of direction and production of programs.

He has been Head of Realization and Director in the launch of the regional channel Telemadrid. Director of Programs and Entertainment and Director in the Videomedia production company and Director and Director of programs in Antena 3TV (Grupo ATRESMEDIA).

In 1998 he assumed the Direction of Entertainment Programs of Antena 3TV (Group ATRESMEDIA) and later in 2003 he was appointed Director of Programs, Fiction and Spanish Cinema in the same network.

In 2006 joins the production company Globomedia as Executive Producer of Programs, where he stays until his return to RTVE in 2014, where he is named Content, Antenna and Production Director of Televisión Española (RTVE).

In July 2016, he was appointed by the KISS Media Group as Director of Antenna and Production of DKISS.
